how it works…
welcome to henny’s wine club! this is a subscription-based club, where you can select 3 different options (3/6/12 bottles per month). if you subscribe before the 20th of each month, wines will be delivered on the last wednesday, thursday, friday or saturday of the month. if you order between the 20th and last day of the month, your wines will be delivered on the last wednesday, thursday or friday of the following month.
how much is it?
we have 3 different options! starting at £49 for 3 bottles, £99 for 6 and £149 for 12 wines. dont worry, we cover the delivery.
what’s in the box?
apart from expertly-sourced sustainably produced delicious wines, you’ll be given a detailed history about the wine, region and variety as well as tasting notes and food pairings. p.s. look out for some sneaky gifts!
how do I pay / direct debit
we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Debit cards. henny’s uses Stripe as our secure payment method, regulated by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority.
how long does it last?
until you don’t want to receive our beautiful wines anymore! just be sure to cancel before the 20th of the month.
has my order been processed?
we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your payment, and that your wines are on the way to you. any questions drop us a message.
order tracking
simply shoot an email to info@hennyswine.com and we will get your tracking number over to you.
what if I’m not home?
we’ll let you know when your order’s on the way, but if you’re out our delivery partner will leave a notice, telling you they will be back the next day, or details to re-arrange delivery.
where do we deliver?
at present, we only deliver to UK mainland, however, as we grow you’ll be able to get our wines anywhere in the UK!
wheres my wine?
if you haven’t received your order, please send an email to info@hennyswine.com
corked or faulty wines and damage
in the unlikely event there’s a fault with one of our wines, please send us an email at info@hennyswine.com explaining why you think the wine is corked or faulty. we may ask to see the bottle with it’s original cork or screw cap.
unfortunately we will not be able to refund a purchase if you do not like the wine. although we welcome the feedback, so if you’re unsatisfied with your wine, please let us know for future reference.
damage - we try our upmost to limit the risk of damage, however, if a bottle(s) are damaged please contact us via info@hennyswine.com as soon as possible. we may ask for evidence of the broken goods prior to issuing a refund.
refunds
once we’ve issued a refund, it will take 30 days for the money to be deposited into your account.
